Gabby Gabriel

is an American entrepreneur, public speaker and published author. Gabby founded Gab China in 2018 as a way to bridge China and foreign companies interested in digital marketing in China. Gabby has helped companies, universities and governments all over the world generate millions in views and revenue online in China. In 2012, Gabby moved to Shanghai shortly after graduating from Northeastern University in Boston. Over the years she has becomes a KOL on Chinese internet, and is also the only foreigner featured in BBC’s recent documentary about young China, “Reggie in China.” Gabby has lectured for Huawei’s Seeds of the Future program all around the world, and she loves bringing the world to learn and understand China.

Prof. Dr. Artūras Serackis

is a professor in the Department of Electronic Systems at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU).

Received a Bachelor diploma of Electronics Engineering in 2002, MSc of Electronics Engineering in 2004 and doctor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree in 2008 at VGTU. In 2012 he received an Assoc. Professor title and in 2017 Professor title at VGTU. He was a member of organizing committee in various international conferences, such as “NORCHIP” (2013), “EMD” (2012), “ICDIPC” (2012), “MIKON” (2010), “SPS” (2010). Main research interests include real-time image and signal processing, intelligent systems. Together with coautors he published more than 50 papers in reviewed journals and conference proceedings, a monograph in field of intelligent electronic systems and two textbooks. He successfully finished 9 research and development projects, currently supervising 4 PhD students, and is a senior member of the IEEE and a Chair of IEEE Lithuania Section Signal Processing Society/Computational intelligence Society/Communication Society joint chapter.

Bernardo Correia

is Senior Cooperation Manager at Huawei’s Munich Research Center, Technology Planning & Cooperation Dept, European Research Institute.

Bernardo joined Huawei Technologies Düsseldorf GmbH and its European Research Institute in September 2016 where he oversees the participation of Huawei in National and EU funded programs. Based at Huawei’s Munich Research Center, he is also managing Huawei relations with German and Austrian academic partners.

Before joining Huawei Bernardo worked at the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and at the European Commission.
